When can I expect my package?
Due to customs, delivery time frames can vary, but we've found most orders to North America are delivered within 7-10 business days, EU within 3-5 business days, and all other areas within 10-12 business days.
What happens when items are returned to sender?
If a package is returned to sender because the recipient refused or did not claim the package in due time, the recipient will be credit the total amount minus the original shipping costs. Recipient is responsible for shipping charges to resend the package.
